We are delighted to announce that our firm is now a proud member of the Public Interest Intellectual Property Advisors (PIIPA) IP Corps.

PIIPA is an international nonprofit organization that provides pro bono intellectual property legal counsel to governments, businesses, indigenous peoples, and public interest organizations in developing countries that seek to promote health, agriculture, biodiversity, science, culture, and the environment.

During 2018, PIIPA was involved as technical advisor at Saint Lucia’s United Nations Development Program (UNDP) – Global Environment Facility (GEF) Knowledge Fair, which celebrated the past four years of small investments in local SMEs and innovation. We were very proud to be able contribute to this project by providing information and educational material on patent filing in Brazil.

At Venturini IP, we share PIIPA’s vision that developing countries can benefit from IP for economic growth and development. We are very pleased to offer our Brazilian patent expertise to assist their work. For more information regarding PIIPA’s global activities please visit their website at http://www.piipa.org/index.php
